Eight of Wands · reversed

Something you expected to move forward has stalled. The Eight of Wands reversed asks you to sit with that friction and ask: Is this delay telling you something worth hearing, or is it a removable obstacle?
Sometimes a blockage is real and external. A conversation that needs to happen hasn't. A project is waiting on someone else. A circumstance genuinely isn't ready. Other times, the slowdown lives in you: a hesitation you haven't named, a doubt about the direction, an old hurt that makes you want to hold back.
The reversal doesn't promise the block will lift today. Instead, it invites you to get honest about what the stall actually is. Is it resistance that protects you? Is it information you're ignoring? Can you work around it, or do you need to accept the waiting?
What would happen if you stopped fighting the slowness long enough to understand it?
