The Hierophant

The Hierophant asks you to look at the difference between inheriting wisdom and inheriting habit. Somewhere in your life, you're following a framework: how you work, how you relate, what you believe matters. The question isn't whether to accept it or reject it wholesale — it's whether you've actually chosen it.
Tradition carries weight because people before you tested it, refined it, found it useful. But usefulness fades when you stop asking why. A ritual can be grounding or numbing. A teaching can liberate or confine. The difference lives in your attention.
Today, notice one structure you're moving through. A family expectation. A professional norm. A belief you absorbed so early you forgot it wasn't born in you. Can you name why it still serves you? Can you name what it costs? You don't have to dismantle it. You just have to know what you're actually doing when you follow it.
What framework in your life have you never questioned because it felt too foundational to question?
