Seven of Wands · reversed

The Seven of Wands reversed asks you to notice what you've been bracing against — and whether that bracing has become the real problem. You've held a position, maintained a boundary, kept something intact through sheer will. But holding takes muscle. Holding takes presence. Holding takes a kind of constant no.
Today, consider what happens if you step down. Not give in — step down. There's a difference between surrender born from depletion and surrender born from clarity. One leaves you hollow. The other leaves you free.
Some things are worth defending. Some things only felt worth defending because you started defending them. Some positions we inherit, some we construct to feel safe, some we hold out of stubborn pride. The reversed wands suggest the cost has become visible now. You might be too tired to care anymore, or you might finally see the defense was unnecessary.
Either way, what would change if you stopped fighting for this?
