Not to act immediately, but simply to feel the difference between resignation and genuine choice. Sometimes the clarity comes quietly: you realize you stayed because you wanted to, or because you were afraid, or because you hadn't considered leaving. Any of those is worth naming. The reversal isn't about sudden escape — it's about the moment you recognize an escape route exists. That recognition changes something, even if nothing else shifts today.
