Three of Pentacles · reversed
The Three of Pentacles reversed asks you to sit with a particular kind of loneliness: the feeling of doing good work in a space where it doesn't land. Maybe you're working solo when you'd benefit from another set of eyes, or you're in a group where the effort feels one-sided. Maybe you've stopped trying because nothing you do seems to matter anyway.
Before you conclude the work itself is mediocre, pause. Ask whether the context is wrong instead. Sometimes a real skill in the wrong room looks like failure. Sometimes burnout masquerades as laziness. And sometimes you've internalized someone else's dismissal so completely that you've started dismissing yourself.
