Three of Swords

The Three of Swords asks you to sit with something sharp and real. There is grief here — not the slow kind you can rationalize away, but the kind that arrives suddenly when a truth you've been avoiding becomes undeniable. A relationship has shifted. A trust has broken. Something you wanted has revealed itself as impossible.
This card doesn't ask you to move through it quickly or find the silver lining. It asks you to feel the cut cleanly. When you let yourself grieve what's actually happening, something underneath begins to clarify. The pain itself is information. It tells you what mattered, what you believed in, what you're losing.
Notice where you might be resisting the feeling, trying to soften it with logic or speed. Notice instead what becomes visible once you stop turning away.
What truth about your situation have you been reluctant to fully acknowledge?
