Four of Pentacles

You have something now — security, a foothold, something that took work to build. The Four of Pentacles asks you to sit with the relief of that, and also with what comes next: the grip. Notice what you're holding close today. Is it money, a routine, a relationship that feels like ballast, a identity you've worn for so long it feels like skin? The card doesn't ask you to let go. It asks whether you're holding because you need to, or because you're afraid of what happens if you don't. There's a difference. One is wisdom. The other is a slow tightening. Watch for the places where your caution has turned rigid — where you're conserving so carefully that nothing new can enter. What would change if you trusted your grip just enough to breathe?
