Three of Pentacles · reversed

Three of Pentacles reversed asks you to sit with a specific ache: the gap between the care you're putting in and what's being reflected back to you. Maybe you're working alone when collaboration would sharpen things. Maybe you're in a group where the effort feels lopsided — you're holding more than your share, or your contribution keeps getting overlooked. Or maybe you're doing solid work in a place that doesn't have eyes for it, and you've started to believe the work itself is the problem.
Before you lower your standards or push harder, ask: Is this work actually mediocre, or is it simply unwitnessed? There's a difference. Sometimes the issue isn't the quality of what you're making — it's that you're making it in isolation, or with people who can't see it, or in a context that doesn't know how to value it. That's not always a reason to fix the work. Sometimes it's a reason to move.
What would it feel like to trust your own sense of what you've made — separate from whether anyone else is noticing it right now?
